As low as £110^* + VAT per calendar month.

Storage costs

• £110 per calendar month, plus VAT
  • Total of £132 per calendar month, including VAT.
• or, £27.50 per week, plus VAT
  • Total of £33 per week, including VAT
• Minimum rental term is one calendar month
• Container locks provided (£50 refundable deposit)

VAT invoices are provided.

Payment

Standing Order

Payments to be made by standing order, paid into our account by the start of the month.

For example, for June rent we require payment in our account by 31^st May.

Cash & Bank Transfers

We can accept cash payments in our office or bank transfers which need to be paid by the start of the next month.

Our Office is open Monday to Friday, except for holidays.
Office hours are between 9am — 12 noon and 2pm — 4pm.
Closed holidays (but you can still access your storage).

Term and Cancellations

Cancellation is 1 month notice.

Minimum term is one calendar month

Other than a refundable lock deposit, there are no additional charges and no limit on how much you can store.

ONLY PAY FOR WHEN YOU USE - You will only be charged for the time you are in storage subject to the one calendar month notice period.

Example, notice given 1^st April earliest vacation time 1^st May. If container used until 14^th May, only 2 weeks charges will be applied not the full month.

Deposit

We require a deposit of £50 to cover the lock, this will be reimbursed when the lock is returned at the end of the hire and the container has been left clean with no damage.

Insurance

It will be your responsibility to insure the contents within the container, if required.

Although we do not offer insurance, there are many companies you can contact including,

It is worth contacting your current home insurance provider, as some policies may extend to storage units.

How do I start my self storage with you?

You'll need

• photo ID, for example
  • valid passport
  • current driving licence
• proof of address
  • recent utility bill
• to complete a sign-up form

Bring your details, sign for the container, make payment and then it is all yours until you advise us differently.
